Release of Liability

The Northern California DeLorean Motor Club is a nonprofit association of DeLorean owners who meet together for social activities and to exchange technical information regarding the maintenance of DeLorean automobiles.

The undersigned members and their guests release the Northern California DeLorean Motor Club and it's officers and directors from and all liability for loss or injury relating to a club sponsored event.

The undersigned members and their guests release the sponsoring member of any Northern California DeLorean Motor Club activity from any and all liability for loss or injury.

The undersigned members and their guests release the Northern California DeLorean Motor Club, it's officers and directors and all other members from any and all liability for technical advice and assistance in maintaining the member's DeLorean. All technical advice and assistance is used by the undersigned members at their own risk.

Participation in all Club related activities is at the undersigned member's and/or their guest's own risk.
